Children grow quickly, often not wearing out clothes or toys.  Take those used items that are still in great shape, but taking up space and sell them so you have extra money in your pocket.

How It Works:

Sign-up as a registered consignor via Flash Consign.

  • A $15 consigning fee will be required at sign-up.  This helps to defray the cost of renting the facility, software and other supplies to run the event.

Gather all of the items you want to sell and needed supplies to tag those items

Enter all of the items into the automated system

  • Follow the step-by-step instructions provided on the consignment software.  For suggested pricing guidelines, click here.

Print out tags and attach them to the items

  • All tags must be printed out on white card stock.   For detailed instructions on tagging placement and rules, click here.

Schedule time to drop-off your items

Bring all of your prepared items to the sale site for check-in.

  • They will be inspected to ensure quality and proper labeling.
  • The items not accepted will be scanned out. 
  • If you could have items sorted by size that would help the process go faster. 


Sit back and relax and watch your items sell

  • Consignors receive at least 65% of the price of all sold items  Our automated system updates daily, so you can log in to your account and see which items sold and get a running total of your profit.  To receive a greater profit from your sold items, consider signing up to be a volunteer.

Pick up any unsold items or donate them to charity

  • All unsold items must be picked up by September 18th by 5pm.  Items not picked up will be donated to charity.

Receive a check in the mail in about 2 weeks

  • All consignors will receive a check mailed directly to the address provided at sign-up.  The check will be mailed out no later than October 2nd, 2017.
